A memorial service is being held in New York City to mark the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center.

US vice president Kamala Harris is amongst some of the guests attending the Ground Zero Memorial Service, along with Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin – US President Joe Biden will deliver a speech later on today.
