This flashback brings us back to 1982 when in the US-Charts a greek composer landed his biggest hit and Rock n Roll was loved. Meanwhile in Germany the Neue Deutsche Welle (New German Wave) was in full force with a Bavarian band landing on top of the Charts thanks to a song about a prostitute. And in the UK we had a group that won the ESC the year before in the Top 3 and a German disco combo not named Boney M was leading the Charts.
