In my imagination, this is what their duet would have sounded like back in 1986 if they had showed up at the same recording studio on the same day. Kygo was given the chance to re-do her rare 1989 / 1990 Japanese B-Side single recording by Whitney's sister back in 2019, and did a fantastic job with it, I used his video for most of this. Kygo's video reminds me of Eric Prydz's 2004 remake of another Winwood classic, "Call on Me", but that video was sexy for sexy's sake, Kygo's is hella sexy, but also tells a story.

Whitney, you are missed.

I have attempted to correct the keys of the Winwood and Houston vocals to make them enharmonic. I do not have any music theory background, and in my tinkering I think I just got used to them sounding badly together,
LOL.
