Is Imran Khan Pakistan's Most Popular Politician but Army Chief's Most Disliked?

Whilst concerns about Imran Khan's condition and his son Kasim's fear that something irreversible could have happened to him have been allayed, questions remain about the way he's being treated. Why is he in solitary confinement? Why is he denied regular access to lawyers and family visits? Are these attempts to force his family and party to fall in line? Is he being personally targeted by Army Chief Field Marshal Munir? And can all of this affect his popularity?
