In the winter of 2003, Peter Kilburn was commissioned by Channel 4 to interview James McChinley, a man whose life was completely devoted to popular American folk musician James Taylor, for a television series about obsessive fans.

Subsequently though, the series was scrapped.

With the brief footage he captured with James, he kept it and edited it into a short film.

The documentary itself is the most surreal moment to ever happen in Peter's entire career.
