Xbox has been trying to acquire AB studios for 68.7 billion dollars for what seems like an eternity now. All the normal legal proceedings took place, and the worries of UK regulators and competitors was handled properly, then a small brigade of individuals went after the deal, now it seems cloud gaming of all things will be postponing or maybe even killing the deal.
