Patriots Deleted Vrabel’s Speech — Albert Breer Thinks He Knows Why

During this morning's Toucher & Hardy, Fred and Albert Breer discussed Mike Vrabel’s address to the Patriots and praised his command of the room and leadership style. They compared Vrabel’s approach to Bill Belichick’s tactic of holding star players accountable to set the tone for the team. The conversation shifted to the Raiders’ strategy in hiring an older coach and trading for Geno Smith, likening it to the Chiefs' rebuilding process with Andy Reid and Alex Smith. They also speculated that a video of Vrabel’s speech was taken down because he didn’t want the focus on himself, emphasizing his team-first mentality.
