"Brandy' is absolutely Songwriting at it's absolute pinnacle best that no other band can touch" Says Haggans "It takes a fucking shit all over Green Day and Foo Fighters and proves why they suck !!,...We're better,...and people on the web know it" Says Haggans "Green Day are lifeless and unemotional ,...they fucking suck ,...they can't write a Song like this or this Good and they know it ,... they don't have the life experience or suffering,... they're phonies and they're fakers ,..and so are the People that Like them !!" - "Brandy" is explosive,..the chorus bites you and it floors you ,...you suddenly sail into a form of alternative Emo Rock n Roll Nirvana where you have never been before as the track blasts the Cure and Morrisey together but with the power of Classic rock and heavy metal !! The atmosphere in this song is cringing and the painful isolation and vulnerablility in Haggins here is one of a kind riveting !! The song has singlehandedly elevated the fortunes and passions and game for G.e. as it and it alone seems to be the track that computer mavens gun for when searching for rock's original grunge band. Many in the South Bay and Los Angeles say that this Song was written for Los Angeles Model Brandy Donatz (Or her sister Lisa) but this track certainly comes from years before as it was written in honor of the Drinking Problem of South Bay Legendary Music Producer "Wild" Bill Krodel who famously mixed the track; "Billy was always tellin' me how he drank Brandy over the weekends so i laughed and said 'I think I'm gonna name this song 'Brandy' in honor of you Billy" (Laughs) Says Higgins.
