The MH-1 unit is one of the most popular, full-featured night vision housings available today. The magnesium and titanium construction make it both lightweight, and robust. The original generation of these devices however, had an identified weak point on the units rear bridge. To enhance the product and address market needs, Low Light Innovations upgraded the bridge to a stronger 7076 version.

While new units come with this upgrade, it's available, for free, to existing owners. I know it seems intimidating to disassemble and reassemble your unit - in most cases you shouldn't attempt it. The MH-1 is built to be modular though. Since we didn't take the pod arms apart, the units don't even require a re-purge. Take your time, and it's easy as pie.
