Increasingly clear skies through the afternoon for most except those in the northwest, where a stalled front will bring rain, heavy at times, for the rest of the day and into the night. Temperatures in the low to mid teens for the UK, though fresher in the north where the cloud cover remains. Strong gusts are expected over higher ground, these easing through the day. - This is the Met Office UK weather forecast for the afternoon of 24/02/2026.
