Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Lemon - 1/2

Salt as required or 1.5 tsp

Ginger garlic paste - 4 tbs

Cardamom pods - 5

Cloves - 4

Cinnamon sticks - 4

Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Mint and coriander leaves-1bowl

Biriyani masala-2tbs

Oil/Ghee - 1 cup
