Ten candles flicker on a vibrant cake, as a Buckinghamshire family huddles around the kitchen table to explode party poppers and sing.

But none of the four boys are celebrating their birthday - they're here to blow out the candles for one of the Internet's most legendary clips.

Ten years ago today, as his two young boys sat smiling on an armchair, proud dad Howard Davies-Carr hit record on his camcorder, thinking he might capture a cute moment worth sharing with relatives.

What happened next changed their lives forever - earning roughly $1.3 million in royalties, nearly 850 million hits on YouTube, and transforming his adorable toddlers into accidental viral superstars.
