Facing Fears Swimming Under Ice #shorts

Lilly had a non-fatal drowning incident as a 2 year old, where her uncle had to pull her out of a pool and resuscitate. Ever since then she was afraid of water. As an adult she decided to confront this and began swimming every day, then joining a scuba course, and then a freediving course. She trained hard and quickly progressed in freediving to the point where she can now dive under ice without a wetsuit.
