Explore the world of evangelical Christian belief and culture set against a backdrop of coastal devastation and apocalyptic fear. The film follows a cross carrying fundamentalist, a fervent choir leader, and a fascinating collection of their born-again brethren, who all share a desire to prepare themselves and the world for the “End Times”. Unnervingly intimate, the film tracks its subjects as they rebuild their lives along the American Gulf Coast in the years following a catastrophic hurricane season.
