"It's Christmas Time" Lyrics

When I closed my eyes last night

I could see that fire light

All the stockings filled so full

Every present a surprise

It's a cold cold night

But I feel warm inside

It's the time of year

Where the angels appear

And we toast to the memories past

And the house is filled with the sound of joy

And the children sing and laugh

When I open up my eyes

It's Christmas time

I hear the sound of ringing bells

Now the world’s under a spell

All the trees

lit sparkling bright

All is safe and all is well

It's a cold, cold night

But I feel warm inside

It's the time of year

Where the angels appear

And we toast to the memories past

And the house is filled with the sound of joy

And the children

sing and laugh

When I open up my eyes

It's Christmas time

Ohh Ohh Ohh

Ohh Ohh Ohh

Ohh Ohh Ohh

It's Christmas time

Ohh Ohh Ohh

Ohh Ohh Ohh

Ohh Ohh Ohh

It's the time of year

Where the angels appear

And we toast to the memories past

And the house is filled with the sound of joy

And the children sing and laugh

When I open up my eyes

When I open up my eyes

It's Christmas time
