Puerto Rican Vocalist, Rapper, Poet and Songwriter, Scarlett Santana was born & raised in Newark, New Jersey. The exhuberant and multitalented phenom was introuced to Grammy Award Winning super producer Robert Clivilles by their mutual friend and legend George Lamond. Coming from similar upbringings and taste in music the two immediately felt a collabortative connection and started working on music.

The result Scarlett Santana's debut single "Rain" - produced and arranged by the new C&C Music Factory duo Robert Clivilles & Eric Kupper. C&C Music Factory's new incarnation have produced, mixed and written for the likes of Mariah Carey, Shakira, Enrique Iglesias, Alicia Keys, Usher, Miley Cyrus, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Mark Walhberg, Jennifer Lopez, Luther Vandross, George Michael, Sheryl Crow, and Anastasia, just to name a few.
