TikTok has faced criticism from concerned viewers after Perez Hilton appeared to harm himself on a livestream that reportedly continued for about 15 minutes before it was pulled from the platform.

The 48-year-old celebrity gossip blogger was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday night after an alarming video was streamed on TikTok, as Hilton appeared to broadcast himself covered in blood, with visible cuts and holding what appeared to be a knife.

Thousands of users reportedly witnessed the horrifying livestream and pleaded with him to make him stop harming himself. This comes after Hilton spent 21 days in the hospital in March 2026 after developing life-threatening sepsis.
