Trump calls into Fox News to react to midterm election results: 'The Democrats did a good job'

President Donald Trump called into Fox News on election night, reacting in real-time to the midterm election results. Trump, who bashed Democrats at several rallies nationwide ahead of the election, congratulated them during the broadcasted call.

"The Democrats did a good job," Trump said. "They fought hard, they've been fighting for a long time."

Trump noted he was also "a little surprised" by some of the election results and also discussed plans to use veto powers in the remaining two years of his term, too.
