Dulquer Salmaan is a door-to-door salesman with a helping tendency. Nazriya Nazim, a doctor, is a shy and a timid person. Director Balaji Mohan, appears as news anchor who reports about the epidemic. Pandiarajan is the health minister who causes a lot of trouble. Whether the disease cause a major havoc is the rest of the movie.
