In 1973 the brothers Angus and Malcolm Young formed a band - their sister Margaret saw the letters AC/DC (Alternating Current / Direct Current) on a sewing machine and the name was found. Fast forward 40+ years and AC/DC has become a synonym for legendary hard rock. Whether through the voice of Bon Scott, who passed away in 1980 or through his successor Brian Johnson - this Australian band has sold over 200 million albums worldwide and were inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
