Combining the art of cooking with the science of medicine, Dr. Melinda Ring shares how Culinary Medicine is transforming the next generation of physicians to be Nutritionology stewards. Ring reveals three easy ways that all of us as individuals can use Culinary Medicine to be our own best, first, doctor. Melinda Ring serves as Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Northwestern University and has spent over two decades witnessing the transformative power of food as medicine.
