Today I want to tell you everything about a specific feature that we all have and that plays a tremendous role in the construction of your technique in tennis. Actually, this is true for all the sports… It is called: The dominant eye.If you struggle on some of your tennis shots, it is probably because you are in a position that physiologically is wrong. You will see, it is easy to correct and this will change your life! Not many coaches or players know about it and, as a consequence, there are a lot of technical mistakes that players develop because of that and it prevents them from progressing!
We all know that we have a dominant hand. Some people are righties, other lefties. But what we don’t all know is that we also have a dominant foot and a dominant eye and that the eye has to be taken into consideration when it comes to our technique in sports.
Follow me, I will explain everything to you. You will watch me correcting some genuine mistakes players from my Academy had developed. And I will analyse for you the technique of Roger Federer, the most famous left eye dominant [player] in tennis, and Alexander Zverev, who has a pure right eye dominant technique.
