Centuries after the Great Flood, the fortified island city of Argos offers shelter from the ever-present storm. But safety comes at a steep price. Every year, riders from the surrounding islands compete in a death race on the water in order to win a place for their people behind the city's walls. Inspired by the legend of the mythic rider Hammerhead, rebellious storm riders Neb and Ana look to uncover the hidden truths of their world by breaking through the storm to expose the Founder's lies.
