President Donald Trump has responded to an Iranian official calling him the "worst president in American history." Trump spoke at an event, where he said, "they lost one set of leaders. Then they lost another set of leaders. Then they lost half of a third set, and they had a little runoff for who wants to be president and there were no participants."

A top Iranian official also claims the Iranian officials who negotiated with U.S. officials in New York City during last month's United Nations General Assembly did so against the orders of Iran Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei.
