Taking place over 4 days in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; FIT Chicks is a competition that challenges all aspects of fitness:
Speed, Strength, Stamina, Endurance, Flexibility and Mental Toughness.

Held twice a year in May and November, FIT Chicks motivates competitors to train and get in great shape, while also benefitting 'Facing It Together' - a charity supporting children with facial deformaties. Proceeds from the money raised by the event gives these children surgeries they need to go on and live normal lives.
