Dubbed the "most important birds" in Australia, Werribee Open Range Zoo is very proud to announce the arrival of four Plains-wanderer chicks!
The Plains-wanderer is an incredibly rare species of bird, not only because there are fewer than 1000 left in the wild, but also because genetically, they are not related to any other species of bird in the world.
