Yoga for surfing will open and strengthen your body, increase your stamina, and improve your surfing experience. Yoga For Surfing is very relaxing and introduces basic poses to those who are new to yoga. Filmed on the beach so you are listening to ocean sounds the whole time. Included are one 45-minute routine, one 10 minutes pose guide covering common yoga poses and one 5 minute pre-surf routine. Each sequence is calmly led with a focus on teaching yoga basics that will improve your surfing and your life. This is a flowing practice, filled with basic poses that are easy to do. Please take note: this practice is designed for surfers or unexperienced yoga practitioners and for anyone interested in taking surfing to the next level.
